The Muhanga Needy and Orphan Project is a charitable organization dedicated to transforming the lives of vulnerable children and communities in Muhanga. Our mission is to provide quality education and empower communities through various capacity-building initiatives. We believe that every child, regardless of their background, deserves a chance to thrive and succeed.
Muhanga Modern Primary School is a subsidiary of a Registered Community Based Organization called "MUHANGA NEEDY AND ORPHAN PROJECT " under registration number 4354 under Kabale District Local Government founded by Twesigye Medad (Director) whose vision was to promote sustainable education in the community.
Muhanga Modern Primary School is not only a hub for education but also a beacon of hope within Muhanga community and its neighboring villages. Despite its commitment to nurturing young minds, the school faces significant obstacles like the scarcity of clean water. This challenge extends beyond the school walls, affecting the daily lives of community members in Muhanga and Ruhonwa. To address this pressing issue and foster sustainable development, we propose the implementation of a comprehensive Rainwater Harvesting Project.
